Mustang Island Episcopal Conference Center
Solomon P. Ortiz Convention Center: The firm designed all M.E.P. systems associated with conversion of the facility from a cotton storage warehouse to its current function.
Mustang Island Episcopal Conference Center: The firm designed all M.E.P. systems for the centers phased construction - the main 7,347 square foot conference center and the 8,080 square foot twenty-four (24) unit housing facility.
TxDOT Kenedy County Rest Area: SCA designed all M.E.P. systems for the construction of this roadside park facility. The firm also designed all M.E.P. systems for new roadside parks / visitor information centers for similar TxDOT projects in Colorado County, Amarillo, Gainesville, and Galveston.
Corpus Christi City Hall: SCA designed all M.E.P. systems associated with the original construction of the facility.
